Anger a Secondary Emotion

Anger is often seen as an initial problem when a person gets upset, but Anger is not the primary issue it is not even the primary emotion. Anger is a secondary emotion while we tend to resort to resort to anger to protect ourselves from or cover up our vulnerable feelings. Primary emotions is what is felt immediately before we feel anger. If any of these feelings are intense enough we think of the emotion of anger.
